Virginia Horse Trials P3DE and organizers Brian and Penny Ross deserve special mention from the Long Format Club. These organizers are extraordinarily committed to the classic format. They did not submit a grant application because they wanted any available LFC funds to be awarded to Training level three-day events. They feel that it is critical to support the T3DE's because this is the pool of future P3DE competitors. Their insight will serve classic eventing well!
